Why does your support page for this product not provide any support?

I clicked on the "Chat" link on this product and they replied they can't help me with it. I clicked on the, "How Do I Get Help With My Verizon Wireless SCS-26U..." link and it gives me a page not found error. Does this mean that you don't support your products after a year?

Re Verizon Wireless Samsung Network Extender SCS-26UC4- work on 3G and or 4G networks?

I'm considering buying one but frankly as I have a smartphone- Samsung Charge, it's of little use to me if it doesn't at least have 3G capability.

Network Extender goes in and out of service

Model Scs-2U01 Sys light will start Blinkiing red, then after some time (20-30 min) the GPS light will blink red for a while, then it seems to re-boot itself, and all will go blue again.

Question

Why isn't it working?

I have set up the network extender next to a window with good GPS signal but the red GPS light stays solid. It has been sitting there for 4 & 1/2 hours with no change. I tried the extra GPS antenna but nothing has changed. Please help.

Question

WAN light blinks blue while on the phone, audio then gets very choppy.

I just set up my extender this morning. All lights are a nice solid blue... until I make/receive a call. The WAN light then blinks blue rapidly and the audio is inaudible. Please do not ask me to call any customer service numbers, since my phone is, again, inaudible. Also I am currently unable to log into verizon, so please don't ask me to go to one of their service sites. I am writing to Samsung because !. It's your product, and 2. I can not get in touch with verizon at this time.
So please, just let me know what could be causing this. If it happens to be that the extender will not work with satilite internet such as Huesnet I would like to express MUCH DISGUST! If I lived somewhere suburban enough to get broadband I would most likely not need this product! I paid a lot of money for this product, and got verizon phones because they have the best reception, yet my phones still are not working! This is getting old.

Question

Can I limit the range of the scs 2u01 network extender?

The manual and Verizon say that there is a 40ft radius of service and that a phone must first be within a 10-15ft radius to register. My unit has a 125ft radius and all Verizon phones in that almost 50,000 sq ft radius use the extender; no phone has to get close to register. It works in at least 15 residences in my area and on the street. Verizon says this is impossible, but this is indeed how it works. I do not want to provide service for my whole neighborhood and their friends using my broadband connection. The priority list just lets me use the extender first, but everyone else can use the other 5 lines. Can I limit the range of the device somehow?

How dose this network extender work

I would like the answer to come from Samsung first. I am asking questions here because Verizon cant answer them and they sent me here.

Would you Please tell me how the network extender works. (how does it function)
Why does it need a GPS lock?
Can you remove it from the GPS Satellites after the initial lock?
Will it need the network always plugged in and why does it need the network?
What is the power range can it put out? (Mil watts?)
Can I have it on my desk next to me?
What kind of power draw does it have?

I have this extender but we get very bad phone connections just within the house

does your samsung verizon network extender impact internally placed defibrillators?

I recently purchased a network extender and my father has a defibrillator. I noticed in your manual you make reference to the extender impacting cordless phones, microwaves and other devices. I know internal defibrillators can be sensitive to similar radio frequencies and I wanted to clarify this.

Hooking up equipment

I have comcast cable internet with my computer. I have a modum . I bought a wireless router to bridge between modum and extender I am not getting any gps signal even with the extended antennae wiring. I live in the country with alot of trees .I am going to move the remote antennae to anotjher window. Any other recommendations?

Question

Can't receive a GPS signal

This is our 2nd extender. The first one worked 3 days, then quit. We sent it back and got a replacement, this one has never obtained the GPS signal at all. We live in wide-open South Dakota where there is nothing blocking a signal, so do we have a second bad unit:
