You only need to connect the GPS antenna cable if your unit does not pick up the GPS signal on it's own. If you really need to connect the antenna, just remove the GPS cover from top rear of the unit, remove the standard GPS and connect the antenna cable.

Question

How to troubleshoot Samsung Extender not working.

Verizon signal in this area very weak, utterly non existant in the house. This Christmas gift from my children was the perfect solution until it quit. Since it was a gift , i have no literature and have no idea of proceedue to trouble shoot the problem. Would certainly appreciate your help.

I have an SCS-26UC4 and just bought a SCS-2U01 for the enhanced data services and additional phone line support. My question can one home have more than one extender or are there some interference issues to be aware of?

Good Day: I have your Verizon Extender for my cell phones. Works great around the house but will not work in my metal clad shop about 100 foot away.

Question

I have a Samsung cell phone signal extender that will work for 2 or 3 weeks just fine.

After that period, it seems to lose a signal or something, and the "sys" light turns from blue to a blinking red. After I unplug it for 10 min. or so, then plug it back in, it will start to work fine for another 2 or 3 weeks. Why is this happening?

Verizon is not able to get the small cable that attaches the Network Extander to the GPS unit...and I need 2 of them. Any way of getting this cable from some place else ??? I have a Samsung Unit with a SKU Number of SCS-26UC4.
