Question

Repairable??

My extender crashed recently. It powers up OK, runs for 10-15 minutes, then SYS light blinks red. Verizon says it is not a network problem so my Samsung box is the problem. Can it be repaired? If not, is this 1st-gen extender still available directly from Samsung?

Good Day: I have your Verizon Extender for my cell phones. Works great around the house but will not work in my metal clad shop about 100 foot away.

Question

I have a Samsung cell phone signal extender that will work for 2 or 3 weeks just fine.

After that period, it seems to lose a signal or something, and the "sys" light turns from blue to a blinking red. After I unplug it for 10 min. or so, then plug it back in, it will start to work fine for another 2 or 3 weeks. Why is this happening?

What is the coax connector type and specifications for the mini-cable used in the Samsung product SCS-26UC4? I need to adapt an additional 25 foot mini-coax cable to connect the GPS antenna to the Network Extender base station. What is the cord with 2 metal ends. Seems male and Female. And why is my SYS light blinking?

My SYS light is blinking red. I'm wondering what the SYS light is, and how I would fix this.
Also, I have a cable in the box, about 10 feet long, black, with 2 metal ends. One seems to be a male end, the other seems to be a female end. They both look rather cylinder like.

Why isn't it working?

I have set up the network extender next to a window with good GPS signal but the red GPS light stays solid. It has been sitting there for 4 & 1/2 hours with no change. I tried the extra GPS antenna but nothing has changed. Please help.
