Thank you for your inquiry.
To connect your phone to your computer to transfer pictures, you don’t need to download any driver for it. Your Samsung Reality phone has the capability of doing it, even without a driver.
Let me show you the procedure on how to do it. This method is the Mass Storage Mode. Please be reminded that Micro SD card is also needed for this. And this is for transferring pictures, videos and music.
For pictures and videos:
Connect the USB data cable to both the PC and handset
From the home screen, press Menu
Press Settings & Tools
Press Tools (2)
Scroll down then press USB Mass Storage (0)
The display will now show "Connected to the PC..." Calls Disabled"
The PC will now show a new removable disk in Windows Explorer
Select the desired action (such as Open folder to view/copy files) and click OK
After copying selected files from the PC to the micro SD card, inserted in the phone, touch DISCONNECT on the phone to restore phone service then touch Yes to confirm.

There is a web site I've been trying to log into called arbiter sports. I finally got some info telling me to download a program called Opera Mini. Problem is there isn't my model in the download file but it has almost all others. how could i do this to get to this site to get my officiating schedule???

SCHU820 - How do I stop being interrupted by incoming texts

I have an SCH U820 (Reality) phone. When I'm composing a text message, and an incoming text occurs, the text I'm composing is automatically sent to the drafts folder. This drives me crazy when I'm receiving texts from multiple people because I can't complete my response.

You can also try to update the driver in your computer by trying to launch the run command and type in devmgmt.msc. Click on OK until it launches your Device Manager. Look for any marked items under USB Controllers then right click your mouse until you get the option to update driver.

Question

Freezing

My phone freezes every 5 seconds, no exaggeration needed. When I call, it will freeze on 00:00:00, whenever I change screens, or in the middle of talking. If the call somehow made it through, within 10 minutes it froze on that white VERIZON WIRELESS screen and the battery has to be removed and the phone restarted, as also needed every time it freezes. Please help me.
