How do I change the font size on my text alert/incoming call screen?
I don't know how this happened, but the font on my screen that says if you have a new text or an incoming call (you have to slide to unlock) changed itself to a font so small that I can't see what it says without holding the phone right in front of my face. It was a normal font size before, and then it suddenly changed. How do I change it back?

Hi, Cbrook09!
If you’re pertaining to the font size in your incoming text messages that is too small, you’ll just have to adjust it using the volume buttons.
Once you open up a message from your inbox, press the volume up key (if you want to enlarge the font size) and press the volume down key (to reduce the font size) on the phone.
However, regarding the font size on the incoming call, there's no configurable option to change that.

Thank you for your inquiry. According to your concern you want to know how you can turn on the GPS on your Samsung Reality phone. Your phone indeed support GPS locator & navigator. However for you to use GPS on your phone it has to be activated by your Service Provider which is Verizon Wireless. And it would be a paid service. So you may try to contact Verizon about this service to learn more.
If you have other questions please feel free to contact us at our Samsung Mobile Support Hotline 18889874357.

I have checked my resources & the phone itself, and seems that the sch-u820 does support the use of a micro sd card. And so let me give you some details on how to install & what is the maximum capacity size of a micro sd card that you can insert in your phone.

Regarding your concern, we do not have any details on how the consumer can dismantle the phone. The reason why is because we do not want consumers to remove certain parts of the phone that might lead to any potential damage.
Thank you for your inquiry. As i have checked, Your phone do not support a software to sync data to outlook. You can check with verizon for "verizon backup assistant" .

We can do minimal troubleshooting to your phone. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.
If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the handset requires service/repair, our Repair Administrators will create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the device. Provided there is no physical damage to the phone and the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, the phone will be repaired under warranty.
For troubleshooting and questions related to possible repairs we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Care at your earliest convenience through our toll free number 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357).
Thank you for your inquiry. To connect your phone to your computer to transfer files, you don’t need to download any driver for it. Your Samsung Reality phone has the capability of doing it, even without a driver. Let me show you the procedure on how to do it. This method is the Mass Storage Mode. Please be reminded that Micro SD card is also needed for this. And this is for transferring pictures, videos and music. For pictures and videos: (it also applies to music) Connect the USB data cable to both the PC and handset From the home screen, press Menu Press Settings & Tools Press Tools (2) Scroll down then press USB Mass Storage (0) The display will now show "Connected to the PC..." Calls Disabled" The PC will now show a new removable disk in Windows Explorer Select the desired action (such as Open folder to view/copy files) and click OK After copying selected files from the PC to the micro SD card, inserted in the phone, touch DISCONNECT on the phone to restore phone service then touch Yes to confirm. For Music or MP3: Sync Music In order to use the Sync Music option, the PC must be loaded with Windows Media Player 10 or higher. To download Windows Media Player 10 or higher visit the following website: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/. To sync MP3 files from Windows Media Player to the phone memory or memory card follow the steps below: From the standby screen, insure that the USB mode setting is set to either Media Sync Mode or Ask on Plug. Connect the USB cable to both the phone's Power/Accessory Interface connector & the PC's USB slot If prompted, select Media Sync Mode Open Windows Media Player 10 or higher then click on the Sync tab From the Windows Media Player application Sync tab, ensure that the SCH-U820 device displays in the upper-right corner of the screen. If not, click on Next device until the SCH-U820 appears. Click on the Library plus sign (+) then click on Songs to display a list Drag or Add the MP3 file(s) from the library to the Sync List or playlist Select Start Sync to transfer the MP3 file(s) to the handset memory or memory card After the file transfer is completed it will be safe to remove the USB data cable from both the handset & PC WARNING: DO NOT DISCONNECT USB CABLE DURING THE FILE TRANSFER. With music you have two methods that you can try. For further details regarding this phone, we advise you to visit our website www.samsung.com to check for other specifications that you may enjoy with this phone. Hi there?
How long have you been experiencing this problem?
Were you able to receive picture messages before or is this your first time?
Configuration to receive text message and multimedia message are totaly different.
Once you activate the phone, it allows you to send and receive mesages and it allows you to send and receive calls.
However, it is different with sending and receiving picture messages on the phone because you need to coordinate with your service provider for them to activate the GPRS and MMS configuration that would allow you to do so. These are additional service that you can apply with your account through your network provider.
You may call your network provider so you can check your options regarding this matter and have it activated in your account.
I like to use a Bluetooth hands-free headset when talking on a call, with the cell phone in my pocket. But this phone activates the buttons at the bottom of the front screen during a call, so if there is pressure on one of these front buttons in my pocket, I can end up inadvertently hanging up, ending the call. Is there a configuration option which allows me to keep the front buttons locked even during a call? So that one has to hit the lock button on the side and then slide a finger across the screen to unlock it? If not, I am going to return this stupid phone.
