Sorry for the inconvenience.

Try to do a soft reset on the phone by powering it off and removing the battery then placing it back again to reboot the handset.

If it didn't work, please call the Samsung Customer Care at your earliest convenience through our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m to 6 pm. Saturday CST for further assistance in troubleshooting and questions related to possible repair.

Thank you for your inquiry. Since email is a network dependent please contact your service provider to check if there is an option to change the notification alert of your email, because there is no configurable options to change that on the phone.

Can someone please help me?

My Samsung Reality cell phone is stuck on the white opening screen (displays verizon wireless logo). I tried turning the phone off and removing the battery. No luck. Please tell me how to get off this screen so I am able to use my phone. I would REALLY appreciate it!

If you’ve already try performing a soft reset on the phone by taking out the battery for at least 10-15 seconds and then put the battery back in and still doing the same thing, you may call the Samsung Customer Support Center, as they can help you troubleshoot this issue in a more timely manner than we could through this forum.

Regarding about your concern, upon checking the settings and specifications on the Samsung Reality™ Touchscreen Cell Phone (SCH-U820), music files that were transferred and downloaded on the phone are organized alphabetically. This is the default settings of the music player on the phone.

Thank you for your inquiry. For the instrictions on how to transfer pictures and videos from phone to computer please follow the steps below:

The easiest way is to use the USB Mass Storage feature.

1. Connect the USB data cable to both the PC and handset
2. From the home screen, press Menu
3. Press Settings & Tools
4. Press Tools
5. Scroll down then press USB Mass Storage
6. The display will now show "Connected to the PC..." Calls Disabled"
7. The PC will now show a new removable disk in Windows Explorer
8. Select the desired action (such as Open folder to view/copy files) and click OK
9. After copying selected files from the PC to the microSD card, inserted in the phone, touch DISCONNECT on the phone to restore phone service then touch Yes to confirm.

SCHU820 - How do I stop being interrupted by incoming texts

I have an SCH U820 (Reality) phone. When I'm composing a text message, and an incoming text occurs, the text I'm composing is automatically sent to the drafts folder. This drives me crazy when I'm receiving texts from multiple people because I can't complete my response.

Question

The corners on my unlock screen flip up without me even touching the phone..?

If i light the phone up using any button just to check the time without completely unlocking the phone, the corners on the unlock screen will flip up and will start in the bottom left corner and continue around clockwise until the screen dims. What does this mean and how did it happen? It did not do this when I first got the phone.

You can also try to update the driver in your computer by trying to launch the run command and type in devmgmt.msc. Click on OK until it launches your Device Manager. Look for any marked items under USB Controllers then right click your mouse until you get the option to update driver.
