Question

Is the Samsung Reality (Model SCH-U820) compatible with microSDHC or only with microSD?

I would like to buy a high capacity memory card for my cell phone, but it seems that anything over 2GB-4GB only comes in microSDHC and my manual doesn't indicate whether or not this will work with my phone.

Thank you for your inquiry.

None of our devices are designed for an external antenna. Some models do have a small port on the back of the phone near the antenna that is an RF port used specifically by authorized technicians only for testing purposes and has no other functionality. The port can be damaged by attempting to use it for any purpose other than by the repair facility, such as for an external antenna. Such damage will void the warranty on the phone and could result in repair fees at the time of repair.

How do I change the font size on my text alert/incoming call screen?

I don't know how this happened, but the font on my screen that says if you have a new text or an incoming call (you have to slide to unlock) changed itself to a font so small that I can't see what it says without holding the phone right in front of my face. Hi, Cbrook09!

If you’re pertaining to the font size in your incoming text messages that is too small, you’ll just have to adjust it using the volume buttons.

Once you open up a message from your inbox, press the volume up key (if you want to enlarge the font size) and press the volume down key (to reduce the font size) on the phone.

However, regarding the font size on the incoming call, there's no configurable option to change that.

Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products.

I had this problem at first too. All you have to do is hold your finger on the widget you want to get rid of for about one second then drag it back into the widget bar if that is open or the trash can image that appears if this bar is closed. (Putting the widget in the trash can does not delete the widget from you widget bar, it only takes it off of your background.)

Your MP3s must be placed in the "my_music" folder on the memory card. Thats where the media player searches for them. It will not look for them in any other folder.

Hi there?

How long have you been experiencing this problem?

Were you able to receive picture messages before or is this your first time?

Configuration to receive text message and multimedia message are totaly different.

Once you activate the phone, it allows you to send and receive mesages and it allows you to send and receive calls.

However, it is different with sending and receiving picture messages on the phone because you need to coordinate with your service provider for them to activate the GPRS and MMS configuration that would allow you to do so. These are additional service that you can apply with your account through your network provider.

You may call your network provider so you can check your options regarding this matter and have it activated in your account.
