Question

Freezing

My phone freezes every 5 seconds, no exaggeration needed. When I call, it will freeze on 00:00:00, whenever I change screens, or in the middle of talking. If the call somehow made it through, within 10 minutes it froze on that white VERIZON WIRELESS screen and the battery has to be removed and the phone restarted, as also needed every time it freezes. Please help me.

I can take pics and videos and save them but they don't show up anywhere in my pictures

I go into my pictures and I even look at all settings ( all pictures, phone, and memory card) and they aren't there. I do push save after I take pic or video. I am puzzled...thanks for your help

From the home screen, press Menu
Press Settings & Tools
Press Sound Settings
Press Alert Sounds
Press either Text Message, Multimedia Message or Voicemail

Scroll down and press No Ring
Press the END key to return to the home screen

The SCH-U820 (Reality) phone features different methods to transfer music (MP3) files to the phone, either from the computer or your service provider. One of the methods is through mass storage. To use the USB Mass Storage feature follow the steps below.

1. Connect the USB data cable to both the computer and handset.
2. From the home screen, press Menu.
3. Press Settings & Tools.
4. Press Tools (2).
5. Scroll down then press USB Mass Storage.
6. The display will now show "Connected to the PC..." Calls Disabled".
7. The computer will now show a new removable disk in Windows Explorer.
8. Select the desired action (such as Open folder to view/copy files) and click OK.
9. After copying selected files from the computer to the microSD card, inserted in the phone, touch DISCONNECT on the phone to restore phone service then touch Yes to confirm.

We do not have an available driver from the Samsung Website that you can download.

However, if you intend to transfer media files between phone and computer then you may consider the mass storage capability of the handset.

This option will require you to have the memory card inside the phone and a data cable for you to connect the device to the computer.

There's no configurable option for you to sync your phone's calendar to your macbookpro. There's no setting on the phone for you to do that. Only by the use of Gmail is the option to sync your calendar.

You can try to set the wallpapers and make sure that there is a confirmation that the wallpaper is set. If the same issue persist, Power cycle the phone and re setup the wallpaper again.
