The SCH-u640 (Convoy) handset has three ways of transferring photos from phone to computer. And those are via Mass Storage, via Bluetooth and via E-Mail Picture. Each method will be discussed below. In addition, you may also contact your Service Provider if there could be other option.
>Mass Storage
The handset's mass storage feature allows the transfer of Pictures and Video files directly from a PC to the microSD memory card, inserted in the phone. In order to use this option, the microSD memory card must be formatted by the phone to create the necessary folders.
TO FORMAT microSD memory card, using the handset:
1. From the standby screen, press OK for Menu
2. Highlight Settings & Tools (9)
3. Select Memory (8)
4. Select Card Memory (3)
5. Press the right soft key for Options
6. Select Format Card (1)
7. Highlight Yes, using the navigation keys
8. Press OK to confirm formatting the microSD memory card
Please Note: The minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB. This phone does support the use of a microSDHC 16GB capacity memory card.
WARNING: DO NOT CONNECT USB CABLE DURING THE FILE TRANSFER
STEPS
1. Insert a formatted memory card into the memory card slot
2. From the standby screen, press the OK key for Menu
3. Select Settings & Tools (9)
4. Select Tools (2)
5. Connect the USB cable to both the phone's Power/Accessory Interface connector & the PC's USB slot
6. Select USB Mass Storage (8)
7. When successfully connected, the phone will show Connected to the PC... and Call Disabled on the display
8. If prompted, click "Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer" on the new Removable Disk screen or open Windows Explorer manually
9. Navigate to the location of the files on the PC
10. Drag n Drop or copy & paste the file(s) into into the phone's My_Pix or My-Flix folder.
WARNING: DO NOT CONNECT USB CABLE DURING THE FILE TRANSFER
>E-Mail Picture
STEPS
1. While in standby mode, press OK for Menu
2. Select Media Center (5)
3. Select Pictures & Video (2)
4. Select My Pictures (3)
5. Highlight the desired photo to be sent, using the navigation keys
6. Press the right soft key for Options
7. Select Send (1)
8. Select Picture Message (1)
9. Manually enter the email address, using the keypad
10. Press OK when all recipients have been entered
11. Highlight Text:, using the navigation keys
12. Enter the Message Text, using the keypad (up to 1,000 characters)
13. Highlight Sound, using the navigation keys
14. Press the left soft key for Sounds
15. Select either Record New (1) or highlight desired sound, using the navigation keys
16. Press OK to add the Sound
17. Highlight Subject, using the navigation keys
18. Enter the Subject Text, using the keypad (up to 80 characters)
19. Highlight Name Card:, using the navigation keys
20. Press the left soft key for Add
21. Select either of the following name card options:
My Name Card (1), to add the previously saved name card
Contacts (2), to add a contact as the name card
22. Press OK to add the selected name card to the picture message
23. Press OK to Send the Picture Message to the recipient(s)
Tip: You can send a Picture Message to up to ten recipients

>Via Bluetooth
STEPS
1. While in standby mode, press OK for Menu
2. Select Media Center (5)
3. Select Pictures & Video (2)
4. Select My Pictures (3)
5. Highlight the desired photo to be sent, using the navigation keys
6. Press the right soft key for Options
7. Select Send (1)
8. Select Via Bluetooth (3)
9. Select a registered Bluetooth device
10. Press OK
11. Select Yes to connect to the registered Bluetooth device
