For your Samsung Intensity II, there;s no available driver that we can offer right now, but atleast what I can suggest is to set your phone to Mass Storage USB Mode to connect your handset to your PC.

To connect to a PC follow the steps below:

1.Pull out and up the memory card slot cover
2.Insert the formatted microSD card into the memory card slot
3.Connect the USB data cable to both the handset and the USB port on the PC
4.At the "Select USB Mode" prompt, select one of the following:
◦Sync Music to Phone
◦Sync Music to Card
◦Copy/Move Files (Mass Storage)
5.MTP or USB Mass Storage will appear on the display along with Connect to PC... Call Disabled
6.The handset and PC are now connected and data exchange is now possible
WARNING: Do NOT disconnect the USB cable from the PC or handset during file transfer as this may cause damage to the handset or PC

Question

Is there a software upgrade available so VZW Family Locator will work on the Intensity II (U460)?

I have tried repeatedly, and worked with several VZW techs, they said there must be a problem on Samsung's side. That most likely since it is a new phone there is a software update needed and it is has not been released yet, and my only option is to purchase a different device.

Question

Can very lite water damage cause the keyboard to malfunction, ie buttons not functioning or sticking?

There was some light corrosion to the USB power port. The litmus paper with the battery is not a bright pink like water damage. We were in a high humidty environment shortley after purchasing the phone. One verizon tech said there was water damage. I took the phone to another verizon store and they said that it did not look like water damage and that humidity could have caused the lite corrosion. He wanted to replace the phone, but verizon would not send it back because the original tech sited water damage. The phone is 3 months old and has not had a problem until this week.
