Is there a software upgrade available so VZW Family Locator will work on the Intensity II (U460)?
I have tried repeatedly, and worked with several VZW techs, they said there must be a problem on Samsung's side. That most likely since it is a new phone there is a software update needed and it is has not been released yet, and my only option is to purchase a different device.

As of the moment, Samsung is unable to speculate when/if this software revision might be available due to the fact that this might lead to inaccurate information and confusion.
Should this become available, it will be posted on Samsung website in the Samsung Download Center.

I haven't had this problem for a long time, just a few weeks. But, since then, even time I attempt to make a call, my phone dies. This also happens when I receive a call. I've tried to charge it to full battery power, and then making a call, but it still does it. Right before it shuts down, it tells me that the battery is low, and shows the icon for low battery, even when it had been completely full seconds before. It does not do this, however, when I try to send a text. The text gets through just fine (although I have to go to messages and REPLY to a previous text in order for it to get through). I have even ordered a new battery, which solved the problem for about one day. The next day, the whole thing happened all over again. What is wrong with my phone?
