Hi speedybutterfly!

Thank you for your inquiry. You have to locate the exact folder on where the music files are saved. However, we don’t have information for the 3rd party software. You may contact the developer of the iTunes for further assistance of locating the music files.

Once you've located those music files, you may now do the Mass Storage option. You may use this link below and follow the steps and options for transferring music files between the phone and the Computer.

Question

Playing mp3 files through a bluetooth headset

I have a Plantronics Explorer 220 bluetooth headset paired with my Samsung Intensity II phone and I am able to make calls through it, but when I play music, it plays through the phone's speaker unless I plug in a corded headset. Is there a way to play the music through the bluetooth headset?

Plantronics support says The phone would have to support it's built in mp3 player through blue tooth. Using the same blue tooth profiles as the headset. The headset uses two blue tooth profiles. The hands free and a headset profile. If the phone did, the music would play through automatically. What bluetooth profiles need to be supported to play mp3 files though a headset?

Hi dmlantow!

Thank you for your correspondence.

The Samsung Intensity™ II (SCH-U460) has a Bluetooth Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) which is also known as "Bluetooth Stereo Profile", allows stereo quality audio to be streamed from a media source to a connected device. Unlike the HSP, which does not allow for continuous audio streams, the A2DP allows reception of a streaming audio signal from the media source to Bluetooth stereo headsets.

Regarding about your concern, please check if the Bluetooth headset you have supports Bluetooth A2DP. We also recommend contacting the manufacturer of the Bluetooth headset for the specifications and compatibility with another Bluetooth device.

We thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products and look forward to your reply.

Question

My phone is glitching after only one month of using it. There is no water damage or drop damage. What can I do to get it to work again?

The options menu pops up every time I try to reply to a text using the qwerty keyboard and won't go away. The phone stays in unlock mode and the backlight stays on for more than a few minutes- the settings for both have it so that it should lock and save energy after about 30 seconds. I've tried taking the battery out and not using it for awhile but nothing works.
