Hi patrickbettelyoun!

Thank you for your correspondence. There is no option on the phone to transfer files to the computer or software that can be use to get the pictures and video clips. You can only send the files via e-mail and then retrieve it to the computer. For the phone contacts, you may have to call up your service provider which is Verizon and check with them if they can back up the contacts over the air so you can retrieve it to another phone via over the air also. You may call up their Customer Care toll free number at 1-800-922-0204.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this presents and hopping for your continued interest in Samsung products.

Hi schu350,

We can do minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.

If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the handset requires service/repair, our Repair Administrators will create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the device. Provided there is no physical damage to the phone and the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, the phone will be repaired under warranty.

If the phone has experienced damage or is out of warranty by date (it was purchased more than one year ago) the standard charge will likely apply for the repairs to your phone. We are only able to arrange payment for these repairs through credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

For troubleshooting and questions related to possible repairs we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Care at your earliest convenience through our toll free number 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357).

Tip: Just in case you need to contact us about your phone issue, we highly advise you to use a different handset, so that we could walk you through checking the phone while on a call.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this presents.Have a good day.

Hi gidgitish!

Thank you for your inquiry.

For you to send contact saved on the Samsung Smooth™ Cell Phone (SCH-U350) via Bluetooth, you need to create first Name Card for that contact. Please follow the steps below on how you can create Name Card and send it via Bluetooth:

My Name Card allows you to create a virtual business card. You can send the card to recipients as a vCard attachment.
1. From the home screen, press MENU.
2. Press for Contacts menu.
3. Press My Name Card.
4. My Name Card opens with the Name field highlighted.
5. Enter information in each of the fields as desired. Press the Directional key up or down to move between fields, and then use the keypad to enter information.
Note: A check mark appears to the left of selected contacts.
6. When finished, press to save the Name Card.

For you to send Name Card via Bluetooth:
1. From the home screen, press right soft key Contacts.
2. Highlight a contact and press right soft key Options.
3. Press Send Name Card. The following options display:
• TXT Message: Allows you to send a name card via TXT Message. A name card with a picture cannot be sent in a TXT Message because it exceeds the maximum number of characters allowed.
• Picture Message: Allows you to send a name card via Picture Message.
• Via Bluetooth: Allows you to send a name card to a Bluetooth enabled device.
4. Press via Bluetooth.
5. Highlight the desired contact and press MARK. To choose all contacts, press right soft key Mark All. When finished, press left soft key Done.
6. Highlight the destination device and press OK.
Note: If your Smooth™ is not paired already with the destination device, follow the instructions on p.90 for Bluetooth Search.
7. Highlight Yes to connect to the other device. Press OK.
8. The other device will ask to connect. Press OK. “CONNECTING” appears in the display.
9. When the information is exchanged, a message will appear that the transfer is complete.

Open your Contacts list - open/tap your menu button - select delete. This should have opened a window that had a list of your contacts. Next to each contact name should be a grayed out check box. At the top of this list should be a seperate tab titled "Select All" with a grayed out box next to it. Touch/Select this one and then finish by touching the "Select" button at the bottom of the screen.
Be absolutely sure that you want to Delete them ALL before you push it that last Select time.
