Question

How do I get the alarms (3) on my phones (2) to work?

I have two (2) Samsung SCH-U350 phones and both have problems with the ALARMS. They simply DO NOT go off as scheduled. I have asked VERIZON for a fix. They have offered updates that have NOT solved this issue. The VERIZON people say it is a SAMSUNG issue and they can not help me any further. I have to wonder if Samsung if doing the same thing as the i-phone, or will Samsung come through and fix this issue.

Question

How much radio output does my phone produce?

Hi, I am wondering how much radio output my phone is producing when I use it. I would like to use a bluetooth that I bought, but I need to convince my mom that the bluetooth is safer than the phone, nothing against the phone, but it's much easier to use a bluetooth. So, could you please give me this info in mW measure? Thanks so much!

Question

i have a samsung cell phone model u350 v4. this is the 2nd phone of this type i've had.

on both phones, i cannot get the alarm clock or the calendar alarm to alarm with any consistency. on the alarm clock, it rarely works especially if i set the alarm to go off on the followiing day (eg 7am every day). i finally changed the time to 7:05 and it finally worked. now, i'm afraid to ever turn it off. and, the calendar alarm works sometimes but most often it does not go off.

i took the first one back to verizon and she set it exactly like i did. then she gave me the second phone so i know i'm setting them correctly.

this has to be a phone malfunction. has anyone else had trouble with this?
