I suggest performing a horizontal calibration using the accelerometer.
1. From the home screen, touch Applications
2. Touch settings
3. Touch Display
4. Touch Horizontal calibration
5. With the device screen facing up, resting on a level surface, touch Calibrate.
If this is successful the blue ball will display in the center of the cross hairs and the message "calibrated" will display on the screen once completed. You may need to repeat these steps if the surface used was not completely level.
