Question

My Craft becomes frozen when trying to run the HTML browser, let me know how to fix it

When I am on 4G or Wi-fi my Craft becomes frozen when trying to run the HTML browser and the only unfreeze is to take out the back cover and remove and insert back the battery and re-start the cellphone, let me know how to fix it

You may try deleting the cache, cookies, history, URL, and auto complete of the browser. You may use the link provided below for the steps on how to do it.

If clearing the Browser cache won't work, we recommend you to do a Factory Reset.

To reset the handset and return all setup options to their factory default follow the steps below:

1.From the home screen, touch Menu
2.Touch Settings
3.Touch Phone Settings
4.Touch Security
5.Touch the grey box then enter the Lock code and touch OK, default lock code is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number
6.Touch Reset Phone
7.Touch Yes to confirm resetting the handset to the factory default settings

how do i label and organize music files?

I can get the music files onto my microsd card pretty easily. but even though i have the folders organized the music player on the phone won't recognize the artist or album. making playlists on the phone is very laborious.

i think he/she is asking about the screen that comes up when the phone is locked which is always one of several preloaded images that you can not erase from the phone's memory.
i have this problem too. seems like it should be an easy thing to change

To change the Display Wallpapers follow the steps below:

1.From the standby screen, touch Menu
2.Touch Settings > Display Settings > Wallpaper
3.Touch either Wallpaper 1, Wallpaper 2 or Wallpaper 3
4.Scroll through the images and touch the desired image then Touch Set
5.If prompted touch either Fit to Screen, Rotate & Center or Center Image

My Samsung Craft is asking me for a 6 digit “Messages” user lock code.

My Samsung Craft is asking me for a 6 digit “Messages” user lock code. I have never set a code for this feature and the user manual does not have a default number for this feature. The only default number I was able to locate was the one that allows locking and unlocking the phone. Can I have the default 6 digit user lock code for the “Messages” feature?

Side note: Metro PCS has already reset my phone and was unable to help me with the 6 digit code.
