There are phone stores who will flash this phone to Cricket which has pre paid. Unfortunetly you can only use the phone to recieve/send only calls, and text messages. No internet, and no pic's can be sent or recieved. Did not find this out till it was too late....after I bought it. And since Alltel is going out of business in most states it use to cover...the phone is just a glorified flip phone. Don't buy it, if you hav'nt already.

If you keep trying to enter the code (the wrong code) a bunch of times until it says you have to wait like a minute until you can try again, It will have an option that says something like "Forgot password" or "Reset password". Then you should be able to reset the password. This time make sure you write down your password somewhere and try to remember it though.

The best test i could suggest is try sending a text message to your own phone number to know if you can send/ recieve text message. if not, call your service provider for troubleshooting since its a network dependent feature of the phone.

Thank you for your inquiry. Since the Samsung Delve device does not have a SIM card slot, because that would be the easiest way to transfer contacts from one phone to another. You will also need to transfer all your contacts manually to your new phone. If you don’t like that option, you may check on your phone if the configuration to send contact via Bluetooth is available. If it is available, you may pair the two phones via Bluetooth and on your old phone, you need to select a contact and then select send name card via Bluetooth. Sending contacts via Bluetooth is done one at a time. For further details regarding this phone, we advise you to visit our website www.samsung.com to check for other specifications that you may enjoy with this phone. Hi meliyl!
Thank you for your inquiry.
The Samsung Delve does not support .wav files. Please refer to the compatible music files that can be downloaded on the handset. CMX, MIDI, MP3, AAC, AAC+, and eAAC+
You can try to convert the .wav music to any of the supported audio files given, by downloading a file converter using your preferred search engine on a computer. Use a SDcard adapter, and insert the memory card on the computer and copy the converted music file and transfer it to the phone.
