Question

When will there be an update?

There are many bugs with this newer phone. For one i would like to see the feature to be able to type on the touch screen. also it would be nice to have all of the bugs worked out. One last thing is i would like there to be more customization options within the phone. one HUGE burden is the prompt that asks if you want to reply with a text or picture message. This should be an option to set in the menus, it is really frustrating to have to touch an option every time. Turn that prompt off. I hope to see an update soon.

How can I get the Charater to view pics already on the memory chip from another phone?

I have put pics on the memory chip from my old phone but the charater phone will not let me view them, it does see some music on the chip from my old phone but not the pics.

I can not get the troubleshooting guide to work.

I have a US Cellular Samsung SCH-R640. I have loaded music on my SD card, but my phone says "No Songs" when I go to Multimeda Music Player. I can save pictures to the card and down them with no problem.

I have a question about a Samsung Character phone I recently purchased. See below.
