We can do minimal troubleshooting to your phone. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.

If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the handset requires service/repair, our Repair Administrators will create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the device. Provided there is no physical damage to the phone and the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, the phone will be repaired under warranty.

For troubleshooting and questions related to possible repairs we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Care at your earliest convenience through our toll free number 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357).

Tip: You can also drag n drop the file(s) into the folders.
Via Memory Card

Insert the memory card adaptor into the memory card reader

Thank you for your inquiry.
Since the Samsung Messager phone has the Bluetooth A2DP profile or the Bluetooth Headset Profile, you can easily listen to your music player. However the Bluetooth device or headset that you will need to use is a Bluetooth Stereo Headset. It will not play if you are using a regular Bluetooth headset only. It should be a Bluetooth Stereo Headset.

Thank you for your inquiry.
Code Entry Mode is a state on the phone where you can make your phone ready for activation and also program the number of minutes you have and the expiration date of those minutes. You do this by entering a series of numerical codes while in Code Entry Mode. And only your Service Provider and their support representatives have access to the particular codes for your phone.

Hi, as I have checked here with my resources the phone doesn’t have any available drivers for you to connect the phone to the pc to transfer files.
If you are trying to transfer media files, here’s what you need to do:
You need to change the usb settings to USB Mass Storage
1. From the standby screen, press the left soft key for Menu
2. Select Settings (9)
3. Select Phone Settings (5)
4. Select PC Connection (7)
5. Highlight the desired USB Mode setting then press the OK button to select the PC Connection setting
o USB Mass Storage: Select to access the handset’s memory card from a PC
o No Connection
Upon a successful USB connection between the handset and a PC, the "Connected To PC" prompt will appear on the handset display:
Note: For more information on using the handset as a Mass Storage device, please contact your service provider

Have a great day

Thank you for your inquiry.
Hi, are you trying to reset your phone back to the default settings? Normally, for the security PIN,unless you haven’t change it. The default PIN is the last 4 digits of your mobile number. But if you already change it, your personal PIN should work.
