Try taking the battery out for a min. If that doesn't work there should be a place to view your storage and see what is taking up, and where your memory is being used.

Question

how many pictures should I be able to store on this phone?

I currently only have about 10 photos in my images and it shows that I have plenty of storage left, but when I try to take a photo or send a picture message it tells me that my memory is full. i am not using a card in the phone. Does this matter? My boyfriend has this same phone and has over 50 photos stored and has no problem like this.

Why can't my computer discover the phone attached to it?

It did for about the first week, but since then, I cannot do anything but charge it with my computer. I want access to it through my computer.
