Hi there!

Thank you for your correspondence.

Have you already tried to soft reset your phone by removing the battery at the back of it and putting it back and check if it would allow you to send and receive text messages?

If this will not work, I highly suggest that you coordinate this matter with your provider and have them reconfigure your text messaging settings.

Do MP3's always skip between tracks? & Album art

Just got this phone not long ago and got a microSD card and everything. Noticed it always skips between tracks though and the MP3's don't do that on my computer. Is it just the phone or is there a setting I need to change to fix it? Also how do I add album art when playing albums? Thanks

Hi ganitjam!

Thank you for your inquiry. There is no option on the phone to send the image on a Bluetooth printer, because the phone doesn't have a Bluetooth Basic Printing Profile (BPP). However, you can print the pictures on the phone by transferring the files to the computer and then from the computer you may now print it to the printer. You may use this link below to transfer files between phone and computer.

Hi Babygirl12309,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The SCH-R355 features different methods of transferring music (MP3) files to the handset. One of the methods is through memory card.

To transfer MP3 files (via a memory card), from a computer to the handset requires having a Memory Card, Memory Card Adaptor & Memory Card Reader. The memory card must first be formatted, by the handset, in order for the handset to create the playable download folders.

Caution: The plug-in microSD memory card and its contents can be easily damaged by scratches or bending. Use caution when inserting or removing the card and keep all memory cards out of reach of children.

Important: Please note that the minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB. This phone does support the use of a microSDHC 16GB capacity memory card.

To transfer MP3 files (via a memory card), from a computer, follow the steps below.

1. Insert the formatted memory card into the memory card adaptor.
2. Insert the memory card adaptor into the memory card reader.
3. Connect the memory card reader to the computer’s USB port.
4. You will see a new Removable Disk drive appear, this would be the memory card, or open Windows Explorer.
5. Copy the MP3 files then paste them in the memory card's My_Music or My_Ringtones folder.
6. Insert the memory card into the handset's memory card slot.

Ringtones and more may be downloaded from your service provider using the browser. Please contact your service provider for all inquiries regarding downloads.

You may also check the link below for more details about transferring music files into the phone.
