Regarding about your concern, if you are going to transfer media files between the r355c Full Qwerty Cell Phone (SCH-R355) and a laptop, it would require you to have a microSD memory card inserted in the phone and a compatible USB data cable; once you have the requirements, please follow the procedures on the link below:
If the notification does not show up on the phone or on the computer, try to turn off you phone or connect the USB cable to another USB port on your computer.
Note: Please make sure that Bluetooth is disabled and the phone is in idle mode.
