The PC studio 3 software can be found in the disc that came with the phone.

Here is another option of how to transfer music from your PC to the Samsung Freeform™ (SCH-R350)

Mass storage.

configure the handset's USB setting

From the standby screen, press Menu
Select Settings (9)
Select Phone Settings (5)
Select PC Connection (10)
Highlight either USB Mass Storage
Press the OK button to save the USB Setting
Connect the USB cable to both the handset & the target PC
Once the USB connection has been established, the handset displays "Connected to PC" and the PC will show a pop-up removable disk box
Click on "Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer" then click OK or open it manually
Right click on Start then left click on Explore to open a second Windows Explorer window
Navigate to the location of the MP3 files then drag and drop them into either the My_Music or My_Ringtones folder
Now it is safe to unplug the USB cable from both the PC & handset to begin playing the MP3 files

Note: No connection is the option to select to use with Samsung's New PC Studio software
Important: Please note that the minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB. This phone does support the use of a microSDHC 16GB capacity memory card.

We can do minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.
If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the handset requires service/repair, our Repair Administrators will create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the device. Provided there is no physical damage to the phone and the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, the phone will be repaired under warranty.
If the phone has experienced damage or is out of warranty by date (it was purchased more than one year ago) the standard charge will likely apply for the repairs to your phone. We are only able to arrange payment for these repairs through credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
For troubleshooting and questions related to possible repairs we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Care at your earliest convenience through our toll free number 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357).

Hi the memory card has nothing to do with picture messaging. Since you’re not able to receive picture messages there might be something wrong with your mms (multi-media settings) and you may need to contact your service provider for further assistance since mms is a service offered by your service provider.

Greetings!
Regarding your inquiry that you cannot download a ringtone and move emails, it shows unsupported content. The reason for this is that maybe the file type of the ringtone that you are trying to download is not supported by your phone. Same for the emails, maybe it has a picture or image included and the picture format is not supported by the phone. The file content can also be too large for the phone to open it. Here let me show you what are the file format that your phone supports for both ringtones and images.

There's no driver needed to connect phone to the computer to download pictures. The MetroPCS SCH-R350 (Freeform) handset has the capability to transfer files directly between a PC and a memory card (residing within the handset) with a compatible USB data cable.

To configure the handset's USB setting follow the steps below:

From the standby screen, press Menu
Select Settings (9)
Select Phone Settings (5)
Select PC Connection (10)
Highlight either USB Mass Storage or No Connection

Note: No connection is the option to select to use with Samsung's New PC Studio software

Press the OK button to save the USB Setting

Insert a memory card into the memory card slot
Verify the handset PC Connection setting is set to USB Mass Storage
Plug the USB data cable into both the phone and PC
When the New Removable Disk appears on the PC display choose to "open folder to view files using Windows Explorer" or manually open it
Either copy pictures from the phone's My_Images folder or from the PC destination to the clipboard
Paste the pictures into the PC destination or the phone's My_Images folder

If connection is unsuccessful, kindly try to check the following....

> Try using a different USB port (if using a desktop PC, please try to connect the USB data cable at the back port of the CPU)
> Restart the PC and soft reset the phone (turn off and remove the battery for about a minute and put it back in the phone and turn it on again)
