Hi, are you trying to transfer the pictures that you took from the camera of your phone to your computer? If this is what you want to do, I can show you how it is done.
The SCH-R355C features several different methods to transfer pictures to and/or from a PC or vice versa.
Via USB Cable
To transfer pictures between the phone and a PC follow the steps below:
Insert a formatted memory card into the memory card slot
Verify the handset PC Connection setting is set to USB Mass Storage
Plug the USB data cable into both the phone and PC
When the New Removable Disk appears on the PC display choose to "open folder to view files using Windows Explorer" or manually open it
Either copy pictures from the phone's My_Images folder or from the PC destination to the clipboard
Paste the pictures into the PC destination or the phone's My_Images folder.
To a PC Via Memory Card
To transfer pictures (via a memory card) to a PC requires a micro SD Memory Card, Memory Card Adaptor & Memory Card Reader. The micro SD memory card MUST first be formatted, by the handset, in order for the handset to create the destination folders.
Important: Please note that the minimum size limit for the micro SD memory card is 32MB. This phone does support the use of a micro SDHC 16GB capacity memory card.
Warning: Formatting a memory card will permanently delete all current content.
To transfer pictures (via a memory card), from the SCH-R355C handset, to a PC follow the steps below:
Insert a formatted micro SD card into the memory card slot
From the standby screen, press the left soft key for Menu
Select My Folder (6)
Select My Images (5)
Highlight the desired image
Press the right soft key for Options
Select either Move (4) or Copy (5)
Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm moving or copying the image to the memory card
Remove the micro SD memory card from the memory card slot
Replace the memory card cover
Insert the micro SD memory card into the memory card adaptor
Insert the memory card adaptor into the memory card reader
Insert the memory card reader into the USB slot on the PC
Navigate to the Photo destination, using Windows Explorer
Drag and drop or copy & paste the Photo(s) into the desired destination on the PC.
From a PC Via Memory Card
To transfer pictures (via a memory card) from a PC requires a micro SD Memory Card, Memory Card Adaptor & Memory Card Reader. The micro SD memory card MUST first be formatted, by the handset, in order for the handset to create the destination folders.
Important: Please note that the minimum size limit for the micro SD memory card is 32MB. This phone does support the use of a micro SDHC 16GB capacity memory card.
Insert a formatted memory card into the memory card adaptor
Insert the memory card adaptor into the memory card reader
Connect the memory card reader to the PC’s USB port
You will see a new Removable Disk drive appear, this would be the memory card
Copy the files then paste them in the My_Images memory card folder
Insert the memory card into the SCH-R355C memory card slot.
Via Bluetooth
Note: Both devices must support the FTP (File Transfer Profile) in order to use ths method

On the Samsung handset
Turn Bluetooth On
Set the phone’s Bluetooth visibility to On
On the phone with Pictures
While in standby mode, activate Bluetooth by turning it On
Search for new Bluetooth devices
Highlight the SCH-R355C phone name, using the navigation keys
Exchange the PIN Codes on both devices to pair the phones (the default code is “0000”)
Browse for the desired file(s)
Transfer data from phone to phone
On the Samsung handset
Accept exchanging data

Ok I found out how to put mp3's on the phone and it does play them.
The problem was Straight Talk has such a ridiculously low file size limit on picture messages that sending even a small mp3 ringtone is impossible.
Fortunately bluetooth is fully functional on the phone and I was able to transfer the mp3's on to the phone that way.

You can use the SD micro card with adapter, if your computer has a SD slot. Remove the SD micro card from your phone, place it into the SD adapter and put it into the SD slot on your computer. Open your "computer" and it should show all your drives, including the SD card drive, Click on the SD card and go to DCIM and click into that. Your photos should open up there and you can copy them to your computer.

If you do not have a SD micro card, you can only bluetooth them to another phone that has a capability to send via bluetooth to the computer. The Samsung R451c from straight talk doesn't allow for bluetoothing to a computer...just the ability to receive bluetooth.

Thank you for your inquiry. regarding your concern, you may sue the listed steps below to connect your phone to a computer and transfer your pictures.

Pictures can be transferred between a computer via the Bluetooth FTP (File Transfer Profile).

Note: The TracFone SCH-R335C handset includes support for Digital Rights Management (DRM) which allows you to view and/or play some purchased or subscription content. These copyright protections may prevent some images, videos, music (including ringtones) and other content from being copied, modified, transferred or forwarded.

Note: Although the TracFone SCH-R335C features a camera, there are no configurable options available for recording videos.

To transfer a picture via Bluetooth, please follow the steps below:

Note: Both Bluetooth devices MUST support Bluetooth FTP (File Transfer Profile)

On the TracFone SCH-R335C

1. Turn Bluetooth On
To enable or disable Bluetooth, please follow the steps below:

1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
2. Select Tools (8)
3. Select Bluetooth (1)
4. Select Bluetooth Settings (2)
5. Select either to Enable (1) or Disable (1) Bluetooth

2. Set the phone’s Bluetooth visibility to On
To change the Bluetooth visibility options follow the steps below:

1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu.
2. Select Tools (8)
3. Select Bluetooth (1)
4. Select Bluetooth Settings (2)
5. Select Discovery Mode (2)
6. Highlight either On or Off, using navigation keys.
7. Press the OK button to set the Discovery Mode setting.

On the PC

1. Connect the Bluetooth adaptor to the computer’s USB port
2. Search for Bluetooth devices
3. Select the device to pair with the computer.
Exchange PIN code(s) on both the PC & handset to pair devices (default pass code is “0000”)
4. Using My Bluetooth Places, select File Transfer to view the phone’s contents
5. Copy the desired Photo/Video file
6. Paste the file in a PC destination

You may try doing a soft reset for the phone to refresh its programming. This is by taking out the battery for at least 10-15 seconds and then put the battery back in and evaluate it. If it's still not working and still doing the same thing, you may check the incoming and outgoing server settings of your email on your Samsung SCH-R335c handset. You may contact your service provider regarding this and also the email server on your handset.
