Hi there!
We do not have any available software from the Samsung Website that would allow the transfer of the contacts between phone and computer.
You may try to check from your Network Provider if they support this option for your handset by providing a program/software.
I plugged the phone into my Windows 7 64bit laptop. Windows showed me a message that the driver install failed and a link to Samsung to download and run the install of the software. I tried 4 times, with no success. I looked all over the Samsung site on my own, even after filling out the registration information and could find no software other than a owner's manual. What's up with that? I think I will be returning my phone within the 30 day trial period to USCellular and pick out a better phone. I see absolutely no way possible to do what it is that you want to do on this phone on your own. I did have the store transfer phone numbers/names and pictures from my other phone and turned on the Free MyContacts Backup app through EasyEdge.

Hi DeltaSnipe!
The phone doesn't require a software to transfer pictures.
As configured, you can transfer pictures or videos between your phone and your computer via Bluetooth.
To transfer pictures, via Bluetooth to another Bluetooth device, follow the steps below:
Pair the US Cellular SCH-R330 (Stride) handset with the other Bluetooth device From the standby screen, press the OK button for Menu Select Multimedia Select My Images (2) Highlight the desired picture, using the navigation keys Press the right soft key for Options Select Send (1) Select Via Bluetooth (2) Press the left soft key for Done With the Bluetooth device highlighted, press the OK button Press the left soft key for Yes at the Connect To: prompt Accept exchanging files on the other Bluetooth device.
The only way to download or to transfer pictures to PC is via Bluetooth to another Bluetooth device, follow the steps below:
Pair the US Cellular SCH-R330 (Stride) handset with the other Bluetooth device From the standby screen, press the OK button for Menu Select Multimedia Select My Images (2) Highlight the desired picture, using the navigation keys Press the right soft key for Options Select Send (1) Select Via Bluetooth (2) Press the left soft key for Done With the Bluetooth device highlighted, press the OK button Press the left soft key for Yes at the Connect To: prompt Accept exchanging files on the other Bluetooth device
Here's how to enable or disable the speakerphone feature of the SCH-R330.
While in call press the right soft key for Options and select Speaker On (7) to turn on the Speaker Phone, or Speaker Off (7) if it currently is turned on.
Warning: Due to higher volume levels, do not place the phone near your ear when using the speakerphone feature.
I have tried to send an MP3 file from my computer e-mail to the phone and, even though I've tried three clip lengths (30 sec, 17 sec, 12 sec) the e-mail always comes back undeliverable because of size. What is the largest file size I can send to this phone? I cannot find this info in the user manual. In fact, there is nothing at all about downloading sound files.
