Please try to do a soft reset. Turn of the phone, remove and put the battery back after 1-2 minutes.

If the soft reset won’t work, we recommend you to do a Factory Reset.

Why does my Samsung R250 go into Power Saving Mode?

Only when I am at work (in a school) my Samsung R250 goes into Power Saving Mode. I can receive text during this time but do not receive calls. I have 4 bars of signal strength and my battery is not low.

where is the serial number, every number I have tried that was on the battery is incorrect

Hi there,

The serial number of the phone is located at the back of the phone underneath the battery. It will say HEX/ESN or MEID on top of the bar codes.
It is also indicated on the box of the phone that came with.
