It is best to contact the phone's Service Provider to check out with them if what store has an available network extender or antenna to increase the networks signal.

Most issues like this may be resolved with minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the handset, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.

I am trying to connect my bluetooth and have never done this so I am having problems.

The phone finds the TECHNO_T10 bluetooth but then it says the passkey is incorrect. I don't even get asked for the passkey.

Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding your concern, what we can offer for the Bluetooth would be the default password which could be either "0000" on the SCH-R250 handset. For you to connect the phone to another device, turn on the Bluetooth and make it visible.

If the default codes and the troubleshooting steps will not work, then you may call the manufacturer of the TECHNO_T10 Bluetooth device for the configuration of it and how to make it connect.

How do I transfer pictures to a PC using a USB cable?

When I connect my Contour now using a usb cable, it does not show up on my PC at all. The manual does dot address how to transfer pictures other than email. I don't want to email the pictures, I just want to put them onto my PC.
