Why my phone keep telling me that my storage space is getting low?

I spoke with a representive once before about me not receiving text messages. I as told that I needed to uninstall some app and move some to sd card. It helped at that time but now I'm getting that message again and there are no apps in the phone nor has any updates been made. Where is my storage space going? How do you turn off the predictive text?

Trouble with voice recognition while texting

Hi
My VR doesn't seem to work right when I open it through messaging on the phone. It seems to be in another language altho I have all my preferences set to English. when I use the Android VR feature that is connected to the google bar on the homescreen the VR works fine.
