I suggest trying a factory reset. You will find this option under your privacy settings. Make certain you backup any data you do not want to lose prior to resetting using Kies.

Why cant I download an attachment in an email

It says warning, you must first download the message to download the attachment. I am looking at the email on my samsung Galaxy and unsure why it wont open the adobe attachment. I have also downloaded the adobe app.

Question

Help with SD Card

Can anyone tell me what is the maximum size of SD card that I can put in my Prescedent M828C phone. I have a 32 GB, but cannot save anything to the SD card. The SD card is recognized by my computer and I can read & write to it from the computer, but not when it is in the phone.

Any suggestions??? Don't tell me to contact Straight Talk because their troubleshooting does not help. It has not worked since I had to do a complete factory reset on my phone (at their instruction)

Sorry you are having issues. I suggest clearing your cache and data as often as possible. Also, exiting all running applications often will not only help with battery life, but will also keep your device running smoothly. Be wary of downloading various applications as well.
