It is in the app market, under free apps, and yes it supports adobe. For adobe to show up in the app market, under free apps, you have to have a registered google/gmail account and be logged in.

Purchased Galaxy Precedent last week through Straight Talk, and did not get a full manual with phone. I did receive two quick reference manuals.

Can you please send me the owners manual.

Keyboard?

I am considering getting the Samsung SCH-M828C. However, before I buy it, there are a few things I would like to know. First, what type of keyboard is does it have? I currently have a Samsung phone which is also a touchscreen, and it has the normal keyboard of a flip phone with t9, which I am very happy with. It also has the option of the touchscreen qwerty-keyboard as well. So I'm wondering what options does the Samsung SCH-M828C have? And, also, has this phone had any reports of freezing up? My current one does, even after I've gotten it replaced twice, and I'm trying to find a phone that doesn't. Please help me find this out. Thank you!

Regarding your concern, there are currently no drivers available for the Galaxy Precedent. To connect to a PC, all you need to do is to set the phone to Mass Storage by using a compatible USB data cable and a memory card inserted on the device for it to be recognized by your computer. If you wish to continue, follow the steps below.

STEPS:

> Ensure that the Memory Card is properly inserted into the device

NOTE: FOR Windows Vista/XP/7 OPERATING SYSTEM

>Make sure that USB debugging is unchecked:

• Select Menu
• Applications
• Select Settings
• Development
• Uncheck all three options (USB debugging, Allow mock location, Stay Awake)

*Connect the USB data cable to the device and a laptop or PC

(on the phone itself):

*Select Mass Storage
* After the USB icon appears in the Notification Drawer, pull it down
* Select USB Connected
* Select Mount

> On the PC, navigate to the Removable Disk assigned to the device. This can be done through the automatic pop up screen or ‘My Computer.

If these steps won’t work, try to check this stuff….

o Try using a different USB port
o Restart the PC and soft reset the phone
o Make sure that the USB cable is Samsung genuine accessory
o Try to check the removable storage through the "My Computer"

Question

My phone freezes up after being on for 15-20 minutes. Just bought it 2 days ago. Any ideas?

It worked fine the first day. Now it freezes up and you have to restart it constantly.

1. Power off
2. Remove the battery and leave it out for at least 30 seconds
3. Insert battery back into device
4. Power back on and evaluate

My Samsung Galaxy Precedent isn't saving my contacts, how do I do this, after following the directions?

I have followed the directions via Straightalk interactive. I have followed the directions via the handbook. It says I don't have any saved contacts. Oddly enough, I can search for it, and find it; I can even favorite it. But it will not show up on my contacts list. Nothing shows up. Help?!

When I plug the phone to be charged, I got an error message saying "unable to charge non-supported battery see user manual"

To save a image file that was received via MMS, just long press the photo until a pop-up menu appears & choose 'save.' This is save the file to the MyFiles application, in the SD/DCIM folder. The image(s) can also be view in the Gallery application in the same folder.
