Thank you for your inquiry.

Unfortunately, upon checking the specifications and the settings on the Samsung Fascinate™ Android Smartphone (SCH-I500), there is no configurable option to print a photo from the phone to the wireless printer.

The SCH-I500 handset does not support Bluetooth Basic Printing Profile which allows you to send pictures and documents saved on the phone to the wireless printer to print it.

Regarding about your concern, upon checking the settings and specifications on the phone, we can only sync contacts, e-mails and calendars saved from your outlook to the Samsung Fascinate™ Android Smartphone (SCH-I500).

However, you may search for the Android market and look for compatible applications that will allow you to sync information on the SCH-I500 handset. However, we do not support the use of 3rd party applications and services with any of our devices. For this reason, we do not have information compiled on possible resources.

Please make sure that your computer has DLNA functionality. When you have verified this, and then connect the phone and computer to the same wifi connection, and tap on the all share application on the handset. You may now transfer media files to and from the phone to the computer or vice versa.

We've been promised Android 2.2 (froyo) since October - any idea when it will actully be here. Most alll other androids have 2.3 already ???

Also, Samsung has told us that you have to use Samsung KIES mini to get the upgrad when if finally comes. The Fascinaate (Galaxy S) won't work with KIES - how will we download the upgrade ???

You can add shortcuts from the Home screen by doing the steps below.

1. Navigate to a Home screen panel, then touch and hold on the screen to display the Add to Home screen menu.
2. Touch Shortcuts, and then touch a selection.
3. Select Applications.
4. Choose the desired application to add on the home screen.

Also, you can also choose and set the applications on the primary shortcuts. The primary shortcuts appear at the bottom of the display. You can edit the primary shortcuts, except for the Applications / Home shortcut.

Editing the Primary Shortcuts
1. From the Home screen, touch Applications.
2. Touch Menu and select Edit.
3. Touch and hold an icon, then drag it to replace a primary shortcut.
4. When you are finished, touch Menu and then select save.

Question

I have the fascinate smartphone and after adding music I was unable to use my headset with inline mic to talk on the phone

I was able to use it before adding the music. I can listen to music and can hear the person on the other end of the phone but they can't hear me unless I unplug my headphones and speak directly into the phone.

Question

I have an issue with email replies and forwarding and also .wav extensions.

I need to reply to and forward mail to people using Eudora mail on their PC, and the original text is either missing or garbled. I see references to this being a problem with the Android mail application not following standards for MIME compliance. I also receive voicemail as .wav attachments which are listed as an unsupported file type when I try to play them. Are there plans to resolve these issues? Thanks in advance for a reply.

However if you're using Facebook application that you downloaded into your phone, the logout option will appear after you press the Menu button while you're on the home screen of the Facebook application.
