I just bought a Stratosphere. I want to use my web site, NAPower.com/mgowen , as my signature on my txt messages. I only have space for 15 characters and need 18. Can I increase the capacity?

Need help with keyboard shortcuts

My screen has gone out on my phone. The phone itself works. Is there a link where I can make a call? If I slide the phone open it answers but I can't call out. would also like to be able to activate blue tooth to hear text messages.

why can i not send videos

i have a sumsung stratosphere and when i take a video and try to send it, my phone wont let me. it says "message size limit reached. unable to attach file. file size to large"..but even when its a 3 second video it says the same thing

Question

Battery Life??

I've had this phone for a little over a week now, and I have found the standard battery that comes with this phone can not keep a charge all day. I take it off the charger at 6:30am before I leave for work and by 2:00pm it is already kicking into power save mode, I haven't done very much with it all morning. Why is the standard battery so poor!

Please try to do a soft reset on the phone by powering it off and removing the battery then placing it back again after a few minutes to reboot the handset.

Voicemail Notification Troubleshooting

Why does my phone say I have a voicemail when I don't? The little icon is at the top and when I pull the screen down, the Notifications area shows 1 voicemail. I've checked my voicemail 3 times today and there have been messages on two occasions, which were both deleted after listening but the icon and notification still show.

If this is a recent problem, you may want to remove recent apps/files you have added to your phone as well as clearing the cache.

Try a soft reset by powering off, taking out the battery for about 2 minutes, replacing the battery, then rebooting.

This may also be a network issue so I recommend contacting your service provider for support. A list of service provider contact numbers can be found at the following URL:

Thank you for your inquiry.

Regarding your concern, there is no need to install any software on the computer for you to connect the handset with your PC. All you need to have is a memory card inside the handset and a data cable then set the phone to mass storage.

To connect the phone to the computer, please follow the steps below:
Pull out and up the memory card slot cover
Insert the formatted microSD card into the memory card slot
Connect the USB data cable to both the handset and the USB port on the PC
If Select USB Mode appears on the display press the clear key to return to the standby screen OR if the MTP Connect to the PC... appears on the display, press OK then with Yes highlighted press OK to disconnect from the PC
From the standby screen, press OK for Menu
Select Settings & Tools
Select Tools
Select USB Mass Storage
From the PC, double click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop
Double click on the newly created drive letter (which may appear as an icon or text, depending on your View settings)
Double click on the folder to view the contents
Copy and paste or drag n drop the files to/from the destination on the PC
From the handset, press OK for Disconnect
With Yes highlighted, press OK then remove the USB data cable from both the handset and PC
