Have downloaded many APS on my sch-1405 and now its RAM status is up to 327 out of a capacity 380 MB. I need to reduce the active RAM - HOW?

Am a new user. Tried to transfer some of the downloaded apps out of RAM but was not successful. Suggestions?

Is there a way to keep data from sop working on phone?

Every once in a while i have to turn the phone to airplane mode or reset it to get data to start working again. Any permeant fix for this?

Question

Notification Ring while Charging

When my Stratosphere is plugged in and charging, the notification alert changes to a default ring and I cannot make it stop. I have to turn the volume down until it's muted then it stops. How do I fix this? The notification rings are on my custom settings when the phone is not plugged in.

Question

Why are there duplicate entries in contacts?

I just got this phone and when they transferred my contacts from my old phone I ended up with duplicates of almost all my contacts. The only difference between the duplicates is under one there is the google 'g' and under the other there is a red silhouete of a head.
How do I get rid of the duplicates? And which duplicate do I get rid of?
