Hi, sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause you. For the Serial Number of the phone that you got which is SCH-i225, normally you can find it on the box that it came with, at the back of the phone where the battery goes or even on your POP or receipt. If you are looking on both the phone and the box, try looking for the longest set of numbers. The number normally starts with A00000. If you see that number that is the handset serial number.
For further details regarding this phone, we advise you to visit our website www.samsung.com to check for other specifications that you may enjoy with this phone.
Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products.

Question

How do I make a 3-way call with a US Cellular Samsung Exec SCH-i225?

Most phones, you make your initial call, press SEND to put it on hold, make 2nd call, press SEND to connect the two parties. On my phone, when connected to the first party, when I press SEND, it activates my speakerphone. I can find no instructions in the instruction manual. I MUST be able to do this for my business.

You can try the OUTDOOR Profile of your phone. It contains the combination of ringtones and the vibration for your phone. Just go to Start>Settings>Profiles.

You can also try to check if you can edit any one of the profile if there's an option for the specification that you want. Go to Start>Settings>Profiles>Highlight one of the profile and hit MENU>Edit>Ring Type>then choose Vibrate and Ring or Vibrate then Ring.
