Retrieving Video from the Memory Card for my SC-MX10 Camcorder

I have used this camera a great deal and I have not been able to get the videos to my computer from the camera. The video shows on the camcorder screen but when I take the card out and insert it into the slot on the laptop, there is nothing there. How do I get the video from the card to the computer? Thanks

why won't the battery charge?

Samsung SC-MX10/XAA "PC CAM" mode (microphone does not work)

I can use the microphone when I Record a video but the microphone does not work when I use "PC Cam" mode
How do I make this work with SKYPE or MESSENGER or GMAIL VIDEO CHAT???
I am running windows 7 64bit and can select the microphone in skype and the other programs but it does not record sound.
when in "PC CAM" mode what resolutions can i stream in?
I only see 320x240.
is there any others?
