I'm sorry to hear that you're having a blue screen problem with your camera.

Are you sure that it's not in "playback" mode, but intead in a 'recording mode"? A blue screen will be displayed in playback mode until the play button is pressed.

If this still doesn't help, the unit may need to be inspected or serviced. If you'd like additional troubleshooting first, try calling the 800-SAMSUNG customer service center to see if the problem might be an easy one.

I dropped the camera (in the case) and while everything works fine the lens appears to have moved. the recording is very fuzzy

can this be adjusted by me? is there instruction in the manuel for this? (I have misplaced the original manuel) If I cannot fix it, what is the best way to do so?

I´m trying to finalize my DVD but after choosing the Finalize option in the MENU it appears that will work but after a few minutes trying to finalize

it shows an error msg like: DISK ERROR .
All the DVD is recorded , the movie seams to be ok, in the Play mode I can see the movie, but I can´t see it in my DVD player of course.

installing on Windows 7

I am running Windows 7, 64 bit. I have downloaded all the downloads (driver, Media Pro, codec, directx), have installed them all, but Windows gives me the message, "Device driver was not successfully installed". It shows a message box with "Samsung camcorder, a big red X and "no driver installed". When I purchased the camera, no disc was included. Would a replacement disc be available, or drivers for Windows 7 64-bit?
