How do I upload to a PC?

I'm not sure where I put the software disc, if there ever was one. So I don't know if I am missing something or not, but I just want to upload my stuff to my computer so I can do something with it!

How can I view on DVD player?

Finalized disk and still can not view. Ican view video on recorder but can not on computer. Need to be able to use DVD in DVD player
