Hello,
My daughter has lost the charger for her camera. I see that I can purchase a battery charger from your website but it is only the kind where I have to remove the battery from the camera. She has lost the "electrical plug in" charger that connects directly to her camera. Is there anyplace I can purchase one of these chargers?

The AC adapter for Samsung cameras purchased in the U.S. are designed to plug into standard 110V outlets. I would suggest checking with a travel expert for your destination country for advice on converting safely to that country's electrical supply.

Thank you for the question. Samsung does not recommend using a microSDHC memory card larger than 8GB with the TL225 camera.

To turn on Beauty Shot in your TL225 camera, select it from among the Scene options when in Shooting mode. Detailed instructions can be found on page 32 of the User Manual, which can be downloaded as a pdf file from this website.

Since you cannot use the flash in the Dual IS, Video or some Scene modes (such as Night Landscape, or Continuous or Motion Capture in Drive modes), please check to make sure these modes are not selected. In addition, the flash may not fire when Auto Flash is selected if the camera detects that lighting conditions do not warrant it. To confirm that the flash is working, I would suggest setting the flash to Red-eye and the mode to Portrait then taking a test shot from 2-3 feet away from the subject.

What program is needed to play video clips on my computer?

Please tell me what program is needed to play video clips on my computer. They play just fine on my camera, but after I transfer them to my computer, I can not get them to play. I have tried several different movie programs. Programs that usually play all sorts of videos on my computer, but none of them seem to be able to play the videos produced by this little camera. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
