I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble saving images. It is possible that the memory card is damaged or incompatible. Try reformatting the card through the Settings menu, keeping in mind that reformatting the card will delete any images that are saved on it. Be sure to transfer any saved images to another device before reformatting the card. If the problem persists, try another memory card. If the second card has the same problem, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.
