My camera will not do anything, i turn it on and press any button and it will lock up, i have to remove the battery to get it to do anything else. And if by chance it doesn't freeze the screen goes black and acts like it restarts. It has been doing this since about 5 months into me owning it, only then it happened rarely, now its every time i turn it on. I have went through the basic troubleshooting, and it hasn't helped. My product is no longer under warranty. Is there a way i can perform a hard reset or a way i can get to a factory reset?
There's a weird symbol near my battery icon. It looks like a rectangle with "in" in the middle and an arrow to the right of it, pointing at the battery icon. I put my memory card into my computer, and when I put it back in the camera it wasn't recognized. I don't have another memory card, so if there's any other troubleshooting options I can try then I'd like to know.

I cannot find the driver for my camera. It didn't automatically install it, as the Windows website said it would,and it says there are not downloads available in your website.
