Thanks for the question. Please make sure that the memory card you're using has been formatted on the ST65 and is supported. The ST65 supports microSD cards in sizes up to 2GB guaranteed, and microSDHC cards up to 8GB guaranteed. Keep in mind that reformatting a card will cause any files saved there to be erased, so be sure to transfer saved files to your computer prior to reformatting.

If you had taken pictures prior to the memory card being installed, then they would have been saved to the internal memory. You'll need to remove the memory card in order to view or transfer photos stored on the internal memory.

If this information does not help to resolve your issue and locate your photos, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.

Please see attached illustration showing how to attach the wrist strap to your camera. The strap attaches to your camera by feeding the narrower end of the cord through the channel located on the right side of the camera (when facing the display) just above the USB and AV cable port. When feeding the end of the cord through this channel, it may help to use a toothpick or paperclip to guide it through. Once the loop has come out the other end, insert the end of the strap that attaches to your wrist through the loop and pull it tight.

Error trying to connect camera ST65 to computer?

My camera is fully charged. Everything was working fine until today when I plugged the USB into the camera and computer. It keeps displaying "Selecting USB". When I select "Computer", it displays "Connecting Computer" and then goes back to "Selecting USB". Am I missing a driver? Is there something else wrong? Thanks.

If your photos appear grainy, try selecting a higher resolution and image quality. The memory card and settings selected can also impact the quality of the image. Choosing Smart Auto mode, and trying a different memory card may help to improve image quality.

Thanks for the question. First, please try cleaning the lens. If the image in the viewfinder appears blurry, then it's very possible the lens is dirty or smudged. Please click on the following link then select "Pictures and Videos > Picture Taking > Photography Issues > The Pictures I Take Come Out Blurry" to learn how to clean the lens and review other troubleshooting tips: http://tinyurl.com/3roozan
