Inteli studio and SL 820

I contacted you earlier about the fact I can't get Inteli studio to run on my pc's. (windows XP, Vista, and 7).
I had already followed the instructions on your website prior to contacting you. Those instructions do not apply to my SL 820 camera. My SL 820 is already set to "USB to PC"

How to turn on Intelli Studio in your camera
If Intelli Studio does not pop up the software may not be set on in your Camera.
To turn on Intelli-Studio, follow the steps below:
1. Power on your camera.
2. Tap the Menu icon.
3. Tap the Setup icon.
4. Tap the page up or down until 3/3 is displayed.
5. Tap PC Software, and then tap on.
6. Hit the back icon to exit the menu.
7. With your camera powered on plug your camera into the USB port on your PC,
Intelli Studio will appear.

In another wrod I need to you to provide me a link to download inteli studio.

Intelli-studio is software that is built into the camera, so there is nothing to download. We recommend you review the following article in an effort to get your issue resolved.

Question

Shutter is not closing when I'm switching off the camera

Some how the shutter door got stuck and it is not closing how many ever times I try to switch the camera off and on. Because of this the camera doesn't work. I'm tired removing the battery from the camera and put it back on, but that did not solve the issue. Please tell me a way how to fix it now. Thanks.
