The serial number on my new Samsung camera does not match what Samsung serial numbers are suppose to look like. I have been trying to register my

camera for over an hour and even chatted with tech support. The serial # on my camera is 375K6032 and tech support says that is an invalid serial number but its the only one I have..Can you help?

The camera looks out of focus until you press the zoom option. Then it goes in focus at the zoom level. After a few seconds it turns itself off.

What can I do to fix it?

Why doesn't the LCD screen on my S85 camera turn on on hot, sunny days

The lens will come out but LCD screen stays black. If view photos already taken the LCD screen is just fine. When go into cooler area the camera and LCD will operate just fine. Is there a temperature sensor somewhere?
