Where can I buy additional 3D glasses and what are the prices? I just bought a Syncmaster 27" SA950 3D pc Monitor. Which types are compatible? Will the SSG-m3100 glasses work?

SSG -m3100 glasses do not work. I was told by Samsung that this monitor is an old model and glasses are no longer available for it. I only bought the monitor 3 weeks ago. Bummer!!!

As of the most current manual for the S27A950D Dec 2011, you can use the SSG-M3750CR glasses.

Yes, you can purchase additional glasses, but only through Samsungparts.com at the moment. You will need to purchase the SSG-M3150GB (Part #: BN96-18236A), which are the only compatible 3D glasses for the Samsung S27A950D. Hope this helps.

I have this same issue although the picture attached exaggerates the actually effect as it doesn't look that bright or rainbow like to the naked eye. But yes I do notice the same thing. However I don't see in in dark scenes in movies so long as the movie is not letterbox. In letterbox it is noticable

yes unfortunetly this monitor is plagued with backlit problems the most noticable is the bottem right corner in white backgrounds mine also has a line of pixels that come in and out from the center of the screen from time to time

yes you can use it although nvidia dosnt offically support this monitor there is a emulation driver you can install to get 3d working on it just google it.

Compatibility with NVIDIA Geforce GTX680

Hello,
I love my monitor, it had far superior picture quality over the other monitors that were available.

However, after getting it, I am having problems setting up the 3D on my NVIDIA card. After doing some research, I am seeing that there is compatibility issues between my SAMSUNG monitor and NVIDIA card.

Is there anything that I can do to fix this? I love my card, and I love my monitor. If there is not, I have no choice but to exchange my monitor, as I just bought it.

your monitor should not be making any noises at all and if it is i highly recommened you have it replaced/serviced ! make sure you do not have it next to any RF devices or wireless based transmissions like cell phones or routers. good luck

When I connect S27A950D to new Macbook air or pro via Displayport with ACCELL B119B-007J cable, S27A950D is going to sleep mode. When S27A950D connects to Mabook via HDMI or digital(DVI) port, it works. Are S27A950D unable to support Mac display port?

I'm looking for a new monitor to replace my alien ware 3-D monitor

to be more specific I'm looking for a monitor that supports 3-D over HDMI 1.4 a, I would prefer a LED monitor and something 24 inches to 27 inches A quick response time and full Nvidia 3-D support as well. could you help point me in the right direction, I am a little confused with some of the reviews I have read saying that your new 27 inch monitor does not support Nvidia 3-D but instead it uses its own form.
