Thank you for contacting Samsung.

Based on our research, this monitor only has VGA and HDMI inputs. There are no USB ports built in for a wired keyboard to be connected and there is no Bluetooth technology built in that would allow it to be paired with a wireless keyboard.

This 23" Samsung monitor allows for wireless connection of laptops and also has 4 built-in USB ports.

There is no built-in computer though, so it's simply a monitor and not an all-in-one unit, though Samsung also offers those.

Why doesn't my monitor display an image via HDMI cable?

I tried to plug my monitor into my computer using an HDMI to miniHDMI cable. My computer as a Geforce FX560Ti video card that has a miniHDMI port. I get a black screen. If I plug the VGA and the HDMI in at the same time I get an image via analog. When I go into the Nvidia settings it recognizes that HDMI is plugged in to the monitor but if I select for it to preferentially use HDMI I lose my image and it is just black. It seems like a monitor issue because the video card recognizes it is plugged in and is not saying there is a problem.

Drivers are up to date for both the video card and the monitor. ANy ideas?

Image doesn't fill screen at 1920x1080 Resolution

When resolution is set to 1920x1080 (ideal) the image does not fill the screen, but when I lower the resolution to say 1680x1050 it does. What is the problem and how do I correct it?

Question

Screen goes black, then returns to normal occasionally

Only a momentary flash to black, then screen turns back on. Does this at varying frequencies. Additionally, on the rare occasion horizontal lines of pixels display a unified incorrect color(almost as if they are going bad.

Sounds like a driver issue to me. Uninstall and re-install your video drivers and see what happens.

Monitor not sleeping properly with HDMI connection

I just bought a 23' LED flatscreen monitor to use with a new mac mini. I have them the connected with an HDMI cable. Everything is fine except for the when my mac mini goes to sleep my monitor only goes to sleep for a couple of minutes. Then it appears to be looking for the analog input so it lights up every few minutes. I turn the monitor off, which is fine, but then it takes a minute to get going again when I wake my mac up which is kind of annoying.
