Question

Do you have different pedestal bases for this product (S20B350H)?

The pedestal base for this monitor causes the screen to have a downward facing angle. There is only one way this base goes to together. Do you have another base that would give the monitor an upward tilt to it? If I had known about the downward tilt in the beginning, I would not have bought it.

I use the same model different size, and my monitor tilts up just fine. Perhaps your monitor assembly is incorrect. I've attached appropriate instructions for assembly.

Is there a stand for vertical display?

I'd like to set up this monitor vertically (rotated 90º). Is there a stand that is compatible with the S20B350 that will allow me to do this?

Question

VGA to HDMI

I set-up my Samsung monitor S20B350H to a PC with a VGA Cable, I bought a HDMI Cable. Now I can't get the monitor to work with just the HDMI Cable .

Question

what do i do with this disc.

when i got the monitor it came with a blue user manual disc. im not sure what this is for. and not sure if when i got the monitor i could just plug it in and go or do i have to down load something here ????

Thank you for contacting Samsung. Your monitor is a plug and play monitor. You do not need to install anything for it to work. The user manual disc is just a copy of the user manual and troubleshooting steps for you monitor.
