Samsung does not have a larger bucket available for the icemaker in the RS277ACWP. If yours is filling up and you'd like to have more ice storage capacity, I would suggest dumping ice from the bucket into another container inside the freezer.

The RS277ACWP has 10.4 cubic feet of storage in the freezer and 16.1 cubic feet in the refrigerator.

Question

How to remove plastic drawer?

The user manual states, " remove the drawer by
pulling it out and lifting it
slightly."

But that does not work.

I have tried it several times and so has my wife.

The freezer drawers pull out until they hit a stop; at that point, lifting the front end of either drawer and continuing to pull does not release it.

You are doing right, just pull a little harder as the plastic is very cold and feels as though it may break but it will come out.

Some noises the refrigerator makes are normal and can be minimized by properly leveling the refrigerator or making other minor adjustments; others may indicate a need for service. Thanks for the question. Samsung does not have alternate ice trays for the RS277 refrigerator that would make ice cube shapes other than "crescent", or half-moon.

What might be the issue with problem I'm having with water collecting at bottom of refrig. side of unit?

Water collects until it overruns out of the unit and onto the floor. The area of the water filter shows no signs of leakage. Appears there is a cool air vent at bottom of refrig compartment where water leakage/condensation may be oeiginating.
