I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your RS267LABP. If there is ice in the tray, but it is not harvesting, please try pressing the Test button on the icemaker (it may be necessary to press it for about 8 seconds) which should cause the tray to rotate and dump the ice then fill with water.
If the ice harvests but does not fill with water, make sure the icemaker is turned on, the water valve is on and the water line is not bent or kinked. If you recently changed the filter, you may need to dispense about 5-6 gallons of water to bleed air from the lines. If you have not changed the filter for a while, then it may be clogged or partially clogged and need to be replaced. After replacing, be sure to bleed the lines.
