Thanks for the question. It isn't unusual for the refrigerator or freezer to take time to reach a new temperature after it's been changed. However, the lowest setting for the freezer should be -14°F, so if it starts showing a temperature of -25°F again, I would suggest contacting the support team for help determining whether service is necessary.
