I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your RS2555BB icemaker. I would suggest checking the freezer temperature to make sure it's cold enough to make ice; Samsung recommends setting the freezer temperature to between -2°F and -4°F, but it can be set even colder. To help speed up ice production you can also use the Power Freeze option on the control panel, and minimize the amount of time the door is open. To ensure ice is producing as quickly as possible, make sure the supplied water pressure is 20~125 psi, and try resetting the icemaker by pressing the test button as shown on page 28 of the User Manual, which can be downloaded as a pdf file from this website. Since a clogged or partially clogged water filter can effect ice production, consider changing the water filter. After changing the filter, you should dispense up to 6 gallons of water to bleed air from the lines.
Finally, make sure the icemaker is turned on by selecting an ice type on the control panel, so the "Ice Off" icon is not illuminated. If none of these suggestions help to resolve the issue, please submit an online service request through the link below, or call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you.
