I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem with your RS253BASB. Please try raising the temperature in your refrigerator. Samsung recommends setting the temperature to 38°F, but it can be set as high as 46°F depending on your needs. If there continues to be ice forming in the back of the fridge and nothing is blocking the vents, your RS253BASB may require service.
