Looking for Answers about samsung RS2530BWP?

Your fan is probably broken. All of my frozen food had to be thrown out. I had to unplug my fridge because the back wall was blazing hot. Have been waiting for the repair for a month and a half.

There is a shallow reservoir underneath the water dispenser that could be wiped out as necessary.

If the door alarm on your RS2530 continues to beep despite the doors closing and sealing properly, I would suggest checking the connection of the wiring harness under the door hinge covers. There is no way to turn the freezer "off" without also turning the refrigerator off. To remove ice build-up, try raising the temperature by setting the freezer control at only one "bar", then open the door to help speed the defrosting. Use a towel to wipe away the frost and ice, then remove the icebucket to remove any ice build up there. Before replacing the bucket, check the feeler arm under the icemaker to ensure it can move freely. If it is stuck in either the 'up' or the 'down' position, it may be necessary to contact service since trying to force it could damage the mechanism. If it moves freely, reduce the freezer temperature to 3 "bars", press the Test button on the icemaker which should cause the tray to rotate then fill with water (be sure to have a container under it to catch any water that spills when it rotates). Then replace the bucket securely so it locks in place. Pressing the Power Freeze button can help to speed up the icemaking process.
