I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem with the temperature in your RS2530. Please make sure the refrigerator is plugged into a working power supply, then try increasing the number of bars that the fridge and freezer are set on by pressing the Fridge and Freeze temperature buttons on the control panel, or if the maximum number of bars are already illuminated, try activating the Power Freeze feature by pressing that button. If the lights are working but the compressor is not making cold air, check the display for a "cooling off" icon which looks like a circle with a bar through it. If this icon is displayed, press the Power Freeze and Freeze buttons simultaneously for several seconds until the icon turns off. You should hear a chime sound, then the compressor should turn on shortly and begin making cold air.
If the "cooling off" icon was not displayed and increasing the number of temperature bars displayed or activating Power Freeze did not cause the compressor to make cold air, your RS2530 may require service.
